Principal

Grégoire Dusausoy brings over 25 years of experience in investment, advisory, and fund management across Europe and Africa. He has advised and executed transactions exceeding US $10 billion, supporting families, investment funds, corporates, development agencies and entrepreneurs in growth acceleration, M&A, and fundraising.

From 2010 to 2015, Grégoire managed and invested over US $1 billion in principal investments across venture, public and private equity, and debt strategies, with a strong focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and other emerging markets. Earlier, he worked in the M&A team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in France, advising Fortune 500 and CAC 40 groups, private equity funds, and family offices.

He also co-managed a US $800 million long-only equity fund in France and previously held roles with ABN Amro and Société Générale.

At ACM, Grégoire advises on investment strategy, fund deployment, and partnerships in Europe and Africa.
