Max-Julian Vignaud is a French-German legal and restructuring specialist with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and compliance within the metals, energy, and industrial sectors. A qualified legal advisor trained in both France and Germany, he has held senior project management, legal and compliance positions at Glencore and Recylex S.A., leading complex restructuring, M&A, and rehabilitation programs across Europe.

He is the founder of MJV Conseil, an advisory firm supporting executives, shareholders, and investors in distressed-asset transactions, liability management, and compliance strategy. His expertise covers amicable and judicial restructuring and cross-border M&A.

At ACM, Max-Julian advises on legal structuring, restructuring strategy, and corporate governance for industrial and mining transactions.
