Peter Rhodes is a Chartered Accountant and mining financier with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and resource development across Africa, Asia, Australia, and North America. His career spans project finance, sovereign negotiations, and strategic advisory mandates for mining and energy assets in both frontier and developed markets.

In 2011, he founded IARUDI, a boutique investment bank in Asia that structured and executed complex financings for mining and infrastructure projects. He has also held senior executive and board positions in several listed and private companies and has advised international funds, industrial groups, and commodity traders on strategic investments and capital deployment.

As Co-Founder of Alliance Critical Materials Fund (ACM), Peter leads investment strategy, project financing, and the Fund’s African investment initiatives, drawing on two decades of global mining and capital markets experience.
