Raman Garg is a business and investment professional with experience across private equity, venture capital, and early-stage venture building.

He works in Finance and Investments at CHB Group, supporting cross-border projects in strategic materials, renewable energy, agri-food processing, and life science ventures. Beyond investments, Raman brings operational and entrepreneurial experience from building and managing multiple retail businesses, and from scaling early-stage companies.

His prior experience includes working at SBI Ventures Europe, where he contributed to fundraising, deep-tech dealflow, and the evaluation of investment opportunities, and at KKR–TresVista, where he supported global private-equity transactions through valuation work, investment analysis, and due diligence. Raman’s strengths include commercial and financial analysis, cross-border deal execution, operational problem-solving, and early-stage venture scaling.

Raman holds an M.Sc. in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta, and has completed CFA® Levels I and II.

At ACM, he supports investment sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution across the critical-minerals value chain, contributing to project evaluation, commercial analysis, and strategic partnership development.
