Thomas Hüser is a German entrepreneur and communications expert with over 25 years of experience in industry, politics, and public affairs. Known for advising former German Economics Minister Sigmar Gabriel, he has led major restructuring and transformation projects in the metals and energy sectors.

Since 2017, Thomas has advised Glencore Group in Germany and held senior management roles, including CEO of Glencore Nordenham and Président et Directeur Général of Recylex S.A. in France, where he managed a successful corporate restructuring and industrial turnaround.

Earlier, he founded Recito GmbH, a leading German public-affairs firm advising industrial and energy clients and serves on the boards of the Metal Industry Association and the Political Forum in North Rhine-Westphalia.

At ACM, Thomas supports governmental relations, industrial partnerships, and stakeholder communication.
