Alliance Critical Materials has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rovjok to support a strategic working relationship focused on strengthening critical raw materials investment and supply-chain decision-making across global critical material supply chains.
The partnership brings together ACM’s investment focus with Rovjok’s capabilities in critical minerals intelligence, supply-chain mapping, advanced analytics and AI-driven market assessment. The two organisations intend to collaborate on investment screening, strategic diligence, market prioritisation and supply-chain intelligence, helping identify where capital can have the greatest strategic impact across upstream, processing, recycling and enabling technologies. The MoU was signed on 19 June 2026 by Tim Rose, Director/COO of Rovjok, and Peter Rhodes, Partner at Alliance Critical Materials.
